Number one Trend in 2006 for Compensation
The March/April issue of Compensation and Benefits Review discusses the top compensation trends for 2006 as listed in Salary.com. Number one was “The industry will face a continued movement toward pay for performance with greater emphasis on incentives.
The issue we discuss in this newsletter is growing in significance each month as the labor market gets tighter for employers and they focus on how to keep their Superstars.
