Bridging the GAP Between HR and Finance to Drive Success

Some recent research from Globoforce focused on bridging the cost gap between HR and Finance regarding the human resource. Coming out of that study Derek Irvine, Vice President of Global Strategy, Globoforce makes the following observation from their recent study:
