Sales
Tracking
Sales Tracking is the foundation function for our NSS
XSELLerator Performance Management System for banks and credit unions.
Features
Sales Repository: XSELLerator is a repository for all of your
sales data. It has the capability of collecting data from multiple
sources with different formats. Some of the sources we have extracted
data from are core systems, systems operating outside your core
vendor, MCIF, Data Warehouses, Platform, Excel spreadsheets, and
CRM solutions.
We also provide a facility for directly entering sales into XSELLerator.
This is meant to be used for sales data that cannot be extracted
via automation and where there is not a significant volume. A good
example of that is Investment Services Appointments kept. This
is also set-up as a product where the sale implies an appointment
was kept and you want to pay an incentive for the corresponding
referral.
Accumulating Sales: Sales are tracked by employee and location
and rolled up through the organization. Note that since many employees
float we have the capability to accumulate an employee’s
sales all in their production totals while at the same time accumulating
results to the appropriate location. New and existing customer
totals are accumulated and broken out on almost all reports. New
versus existing money is a new report for XSELLerator. We also
track marketing media and source of funds for reporting on these
attributes of a sale.
Frequency of Accumulating Sales: Sales can be updated daily, weekly,
or monthly.
Cross-sell: All the sales for a customer by an employee are grouped
into customer sales session. These sales sessions can be extended
to be any period up to a year. This allows sales management to
examine the proactive sales efforts once a sale has been made to
a customer.
Reporting: Reporting is by employee and location. For each report
offered, there are multiple parameters to select so you quickly
get to just the information you need. Referrals are reported based
on number originated and number that turned into sales. The units
and dollars associated with sales are reported along with the number
of new versus existing customers. Some of our reports are the following:
• Product performance by employee by months
•
Product performance by location by months
•
Product performance by employee month-to-date
