Prior to founding Beacon, she was the Managing Director of Consumer Banking for BankBoston (now part of Bank of America) as well as Chief Operating Officer of a community bank.

An internationally recognized expert and popular speaker, Kathy has represented the banking industry at “best practices” forums for technology companies and financial institutions. Prior to her career in banking, she was an award-winning marketing representative for the IBM Corporation.
