NSS offers a Performance Management consulting offering for Banks
and Credit Unions. We start with a one-day session at the end of
which we outline a go forward plan to develop an incentive program.
Performance Management is a broad topic and within it we offer
expertise in two areas. These are:
• Development and Implementation of Incentive Compensation
Programs
•
Development of Scorecards as a Performance Enhancement Tool
While these two topics share some best practices, they are different
vehicles for focusing performance and paying incentives.
Overall, our mission is to lead your team through a proven process
that will produce an incentive compensation plan that is results
oriented and consistent with the overall business strategy, vision
and operating philosophy of your institution.
The position we often take in these areas is facilitation – a
team approach to implementing a new Performance Management Program.

The experience we bring to the table includes many years of working
with a range of banks and credit unions on tracking sales performance
and implementing incentive plans. However, our body of knowledge
extends beyond banks and credit unions. We participate in programs
such as “The Performance Management Conference” sponsored
by the American Strategic Management Institute. Organizations from
a multitude of business sectors discuss and review Performance
Management best practices such as Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma.
