delivers an up-to-date awareness of current teller

Staff Pro performs four primary tasks that together can
have a dramatic impact on both actual cost and the
cultural view of teller operations.
Data Gathering
Data is extracted from your existing online teller system to
capture transaction
information for every teller transaction performed. This
data is then stored in a
multi-tier database where it can be managed over time.
Predictive Analysis
Staff Pro measures activity across a time span and then predicts
the number of
tellers optimally needed for any given hour of the day on
a specific day of the week.
Reporting
A variety of reports allow appropriate personnel at all levels
of the organization to
see actual activity and comparisons with the predicted
requirement. Reports are
available to authorized users via a web browser.
Scheduling
A scheduling module allows management to allocate teller
resources exactly when
and where they are needed, based on predictive requirements
by hour and day of
the week.
